.happy birthday, my honey bunny. |
Emma turned 7 on the 9th of December. A good friend asked me if it bothered me at all that she's getting older...I have to say, in this moment I am not bothered by that at all. Honestly, I see Emma as living her life to the fullest, whether that means going crazy with 6 other kids running around our tiny house squeeling in delight at the top of thier lungs, or fighting with all her might for a cause she feels worthy. Emma
knows Love. Emma
feels nostalgic. Emma
shares the Wisdom she holds with her brothers & sisters. Emma
loves family. Emma
is a child. Her birthday has not taken her anywhere but to a new moment to be celebrated, and I get to be here with her. I thank God she has birthdays....and I thank Emma for being my beloved daughter.
Awsome post, Callie. We are blessed to have all of you.
