This weekend was the {second half} of our city's annual large trash pick-up service. It's usually a pretty busy time around here on the Friday before. The streets are swarmed with pickup trucks and trailers as pickers, thrifters, and those out for salvage rummage through the cast offs. The kids and I drove around for about an hour one evening and found a large mirror for dressing and a outdoor bench that will serve well in gloss black.
I also had a few minutes to stop here for some great new magazines at super prices.
