InJoy: --> notes to self...

Question:
Do you ever wish you could go back in time and change a thing or two?

 Response:
  you can change time...forgiveness of the idea that you cannot change your perspective of a past event is the first step. step past fear. turn that moment into merely a spec of time in the bigger picture of a benevolent and joyful existence...and allow this to be a practice - meaning, create a habit of seeing the benevolent and joyful exsitence and you Will have a 'habit' that soon becomes automatic response....and with a benevolent and joyful end to your 'story', there will be no perception of anything else. {in a nutshell}

    Yes, time is an illusion created by our perception. The good news is that we have complete control over time--past present or future. When I'm jogging on my treadmill the last five minutes seem like hours while when I'm doing something I enjoy time compresses geometrically. I need to do more work, as you suggest, by going back to when I was young and redefining my perception of many things. What a great way of undoing karma that binds us to this plain.

    In his book, "Life Force", Claude Swanson proves that time has been increased or decreased through experimentation using various media in conjunction with consciousness. Finally, keep in mind that if you were riding on a photon travelling at the speed of light there is no space and no time. The illusion has been unmasked!
